West Australian artist and cultural icon Leon Pericles has created new painting, mixed-media and etching works for an upcoming solo exhibition at Linton & Kay Galleries in Subiaco. Taming a Tumultuous Palette is a rich collection of the 73-year-old’s fresh new work, exploring translucency, layers and colours, the power and subtlety of transparent and opaque, and the tumultuous palette in between. The exhibition runs from 27 May to 19 June.
